- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp peanut butter powder
- 1 cup fresh baby spinach
- 1 diced apple
- 1 cup frozen red berries
- 1 cup of water
- 1 tsp cinnamon, pinch of cardamom, turmeric, ginger
- topped with dried mixed fruits, grated lemon zest, 2 tbsp flaxseed oil, pinch of salt .
- Cook oats, chia seeds and spices with water or plant milk.
- Reduce heat, incorporate spinach into warm porridge and add frozen berries, let them warm up as much as u like them to be.
- Put diced apple in a bowl, add warm porridge, top with the ingredients mentioned above or those you like the most.
