Porridge bowl with baby spinach and red berries


  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp peanut butter powder
  • 1 cup fresh baby spinach
  • 1 diced apple
  • 1 cup frozen red berries
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 tsp cinnamon, pinch of cardamom, turmeric, ginger
  • topped with dried mixed fruits, grated lemon zest, 2 tbsp flaxseed oil, pinch of salt . 


  1. Cook oats, chia seeds and spices with water or plant milk.
  2. Reduce heat, incorporate spinach into warm porridge and add frozen berries, let them warm up as much as u like them to be. 
  3. Put diced apple in a bowl, add warm porridge, top with the ingredients mentioned above or those you like the most.
