Everything dinner bowl

ingredients:

  • mix of cooked quinoa + blanched kale pieces 
  • oven baked mushrooms, pumpkin and kohlrabi (marinated and baked in soy sauce, miso, pomegranade juice, mild paprika, black pepper, pinch of cinnamon and cardamom + ginger and chili pieces added to the sheet) 
  • raw red cabbage marinated with pomegranade juice and pomegranade seeds 
  • other toppings: raw red beet bites, red bell pepper, chickpeas, scallions, fresh cilantro, 
  • sesame tahini-soy yoghurt-lemon dip drizzled with flaxseed oil
