Homemade cashew „cream cheese“

ingredients:

  • 1 cup of raw cashews
  • 1 cup of water
  • lemon squeeze
  • fresh herbes (those you prefer – I used thyme and spring onion
  • salt, black and red pepper, nutritional yeast

instructions:

  1. soak cashews in water for about 8h
  2. remove water, rinse and blend them with lemon juice till creamy (add more water if needed)
  3. add herbes and spices, stir well.

it’s refridgable up to 14 days
