
ingredients:
- 1 cup of raw cashews
- 1 cup of water
- lemon squeeze
- fresh herbes (those you prefer – I used thyme and spring onion
- salt, black and red pepper, nutritional yeast
instructions:
- soak cashews in water for about 8h
- remove water, rinse and blend them with lemon juice till creamy (add more water if needed)
- add herbes and spices, stir well.
it’s refridgable up to 14 days
