Improvised “cream cheese” for lox bagels 🥯

I arrived home today and realized that my cashew cream cheese wasn’t eatable anymore but lox bagels without cream cheese are a big no no!

I looked into the fridge and improvised a substitute containing:

  • 1 tbsp soy skyr
  • 1/4 ripe avocado
  • some freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon white miso
  • some freshly grounded black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons chopped capers

and it turned out super well!
