
I just realized it’s a pretty weird and wild mixture but it’s super delicious and just took me 20 min
ingredients & method:
- creamy sweet potato mash (with cashew butter, nutmeg, cinnamon, s&p)
- grilled tempeh
- sautéd red onions, garlic, chickpeas, cauliflower, broccoli
- deglazed with and simmered in a mixture of chickpea water + sambal + white balsamic vinegar + miso
- topped with black sesame, spring onions, chili flakes, sprinkled with tahin and almond yoghurt + flaxseed oil to the side
